The Church has “frequently wounded the LGBT community through judgmentalism and exclusion,” Washington Cardinal Robert McElroy claimed in a June 20 homily at the homosexual conference Outreach, held at the Jesuits’ Georgetown University. He pointed to "two developments during the pontificate of Leo XIV". The first was a remark Leo XIV made during his trip to Africa in April, when he said that “the unity or division in the church should not revolve around sexual matters.” Cardinal McElroy commented: “Too often both in magisterial statements and on the popular level, sexual sins have been condemned with an ardor that effectively places them in the eyes of many believers as the core moral obligation of Christians.” Leo XIV instead pointed “to the comparative importance of economic justice, war and peace, immigration and racism as key elements of the Christian moral life.” The second development cited by McElroy was the publication of the report of synod's Study Group 9 in May and …Okunengi
"[T]he unity or division in the church should not revolve around sexual matters.” . I agree with this completely, however it is the fruitcake community who insist upon showcasing their respective highly disordered natures. They are the source and cause of the division.

Pope Leo Sings With Children at Vatican Summer Camp - Shalom World News Pope Leo shared a joyful musical moment with children at the Vatican’s summer camp, joining them in singing "Jesus Christ, You Are My Life," the official hymn of World Youth Day 2000. Speaking to the children in the Paul VI Hall, the Pope encouraged them to build genuine friendships through playing, talking, and praying together. While praising the benefits of technology, he warned against spending too much time on phones and screens.
The point is to make the TLM as aesthetically unappealing as possible so that fewer people will be attracted by it. SSPX should ask the Muslims to act as a straw purchaser for one of the many closed Catholic churches. I bet they could get a good deal.

Popes used to avoid accepting secular prizes and awards. Leo XIV will accept/receive the 2026 Liberty Medal from the internationally unknown National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. They honour his support for religious liberty and freedom of conscience, and human dignity - all of them non-Catholic ideological frameworks. The award will be presented on July 3, ahead of the 250th anniversary of American independence. The Pope is expected to accept the medal virtually from the Vatican. The National Constitution Center describes itself as a nonpartisan institution dedicated to constitutional education. However, it is part of the American establishment civic ecosystem and often hosts former presidents, senior government officials, judges, military leaders, and foreign-policy figures.
Video by sacredchad On June 20, 2026, in Thessaloniki, Greece, a man in Orthodox monastic robes lay down in the street in front of a Pride parade float, holding a wooden cross adorned with an icon of the Theotokos. He and another man dressed in clerical robes shouted “Repent” at the parade participants. Police arrived and removed him from the road. According to Greek City Times, officials stated that the man was not officially affiliated with the Greek Orthodox Church. #jesus#christianity#orthodox
The State is longing for an opportunity to eradicate Christ, will it be the Church that hands them the excuse on a platter? If the Sate can slaughter babies then they can slaughter anyone. The Pope’s action to excommunicate his own, will be a catalyst to ignite a world smouldering with a hatred towards Catholics? This type of hatred was recently witnessed over the division of the COVID injections. Catholics will smugly despise the SSPX thereby initiating a persecution that the State will finish. Sadly what Catholics don’t realise is that when the State takes over what the Church starts, then every Catholic is in the firing line. The price to follow Christ will be with our blood. Holy Innocents pray for the Pope and the Church “for Father they know not what they do”
The more I think about it, the more I expect that this will be the case. It might not happen until after a few more so-called elections, and after the woke generation descends even deeper into paganism.

Video message of the Holy Father on the occasion … Dear friends, I am happy to greet all of you as you gather in various locations for the Steubenville Summer Youth Conferences during the year that marks the fiftieth anniversary of these encounters. As you might know, this year we are also celebrating the eight-hundredth anniversary of the death of Saint Francis. Since this event is organized by the Franciscan University of Steubenville, I thought it would be fitting to reflect upon the message Saint Francis might have for young people today. I think that he could speak to us about many things, but especially authentic peace and perfect joy, for these themes were an important part of his life. If you had met Saint Francis on the streets of Assisi in the thirteenth century, he might have looked at you with a serene and loving smile, and said: “Pace e bene,” that is “Peace and all good.” This was the way that Saint Francis often greeted people, and it expresses one of the desires in …Okunengi
St. Louis IX, King. If God sends you suffering, receive it with humility, think that you have deserved it, and that He sends it for your salvation. If everything succeeds for you, do not then give yourself over to pride or to other misdeeds; for you would be abusing God’s benefits in order to offend Him. — St. Louis IX, King Saint Louis IX ruled France from 1226-1270 and is one of the most revered Catholic monarchs — a model of Christian kingship, justice, and piety. He went on two Crusades, promoted justice and charity in his realm, and was canonized in 1297. Saint Louis IX is shown crowned and robed in blue with fleur-de-lis (the symbol of French royalty) holding the Crown of Thorns on a red cushion, with rays of light emanating from it. St. Louis IX acquired the relic of the Crown of Thorns from Constantinople and built the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris to house it. (Late 19th century Dutch holy card)
