Sorrowful Mystery of the Rosary
The Agony of Jesus in the Garden
1st Sorrowful Mystery
My Son came with His apostles to the mount of Olives. There was a garden there that He frequently went to pray: He felt a sadness; a deep, deep sadness. He felt lonely: my Son in His humanity felt a deeper sadness than anyone could ever feel because He was pure of heart: He was sinless. He took His closest friends, Peter whom He was to give charge of the Church, James, and John. John was the one who was going to take care of me after Jesus had risen from the dead. Jesus said to them: My heart is sorrowful to the point of death: stay here and pray and keep watch while I go and pray by Myself." Jesus went over further to pray: He wanted to pray by Himself. He wanted to pour out His heart to His Father as I often have seen Him do with His prayer. My Son always prayed continuously to His Father: He always looked to the Father for His consolation. During the time He prayed, He saw all the agony He was going …Mais

Prayers
My powerful and glorious and holy God, with everything I have and everything I am in Christ, I come before Your Throne to intercede on behalf of marriages. Lord, I come before You with complete confidence because I know with irrefutable certainty that I am praying according to Your will. Father, You are PRO-MARRIAGE. You are FOR US. And if You are for us, who indeed can be against us? Lord, Your enemy the devil is waging full scale war on the marriages of Your own children. Havoc resides in the earthly house of God. Our churches will only be as strong as the families that inhabit them.
If not for Your Spirit living within us, Satan’s psychological warfare would be almost too much to bear and his lies too sly to discern. We cry out to You, Lord! I ask You to rise from Your Throne in behalf of each of our homes and marriages and cause our enemies to scatter violently. Open our eyes to the deceit of the enemy that tempts spouses to think …Mais
WHO PRAYS THE ROSARY, WALKS UNDER THE MANTLE OF THE QUEEN
Praying the Rosary is not just repeating words — it is entering into the heart of Mary and walking with her through the mysteries of Christ. Each Hail Mary is like a thread of her mantle that envelops us, protects us, and leads us into God's plan.
Under this mantle, the heart learns to trust. Anxieties don't magically disappear, but they lose their power to dominate us because we no longer walk alone: we walk accompanied by the Mother of God.
Those who pray the Rosary learn to see the world with deeper eyes. The cross ceases to be merely pain and becomes a path to redemption; the night ceases to be fear and becomes a place of encounter with grace.
In the silence of the beads, Mary forms us from within. She teaches us humility, patience, fidelity, and trusting abandonment to the divine will. Her mantle is not only protection—it is a school of holiness.
May each of us, upon taking the Rosary in our hands, feel the gentle …Mais

Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima
O Most Holy Virgin Mary,
Our Lady of Fatima,
Loving Mother, full of mercy,
look upon us, your children.
Teach us to live in faith,
in hope and in charity.
Strengthen our hearts in times of sorrow,
give us peace in tribulations,
and always guide us on the path of goodness.
Intercede for our families,
for those who suffer,
for those who have lost hope,
and for a world that so desperately needs love and conversion.
O dear Mother,
we place in your Immaculate Heart
our lives, our dreams, and our prayers.
Amen.
Today is First Saturday . Let us make reparation for the 5 sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of our Lady:
1. For blasphemies committed against her Immaculate Conception.
2. For blasphemies committed against her perpetual Virginity.
3. For blasphemies committed against her Divine Maternity.
4. For blasphemies of those who seek to sow indifference, scorn or hatred of Mary in the hearts of children.
5. For blasphemies committed by those who outrage her in her images.
“Pray the rosary everyday!”
AFTER MUCH SUFFERING, I WILL DIE ALONE!"
The prospect of dying alone tore at Jacinta's heart, and Lucia tried to comfort her:
"Don't think about that!"
"Let me think about it, because the more I think about it, the more I suffer.
And I want to suffer for the love of Our Lord and for sinners, and then I don't care.
Our Lady will take me to Heaven!"
To what extent did Jacinta's ardor for mortification reach!
After having subjected her body to all possible sacrifices, she even mortified her intellect with thoughts repugnant to nature.
She is a living host, pure suffering in the totality of her being.
Once, she repeated, a little more animated:
"And there I am, suffering alone! But it doesn't matter!
I suffer for the love of Our Lord, to repair the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the conversion of sinners and for the Holy Father!"...
The worry of dying alone did not leave her.
Let's listen to another moving fact:
"One day, I found her embracing a picture of Our Lady and saying:
"Oh my little …Mais
THE LAST TIME AT COVA DA IRIA:
"Our Lady's prediction that she would go to Lisbon to suffer greatly for sinners was about to be fulfilled.
On the eve of her departure, knowing that she was going to leave Fátima forever, she asked her mother to take her to Cova da Iria.
The good woman placed the little girl on a small donkey.
Extremely thin, with a deathly pallor, burning with fever and trembling with cold, she barely managed to hold on to the tiny, gentle animal.
Upon arriving near the Lagoa da Carreira - now leveled - she dismounted.
For greater penance and out of respect and devotion to Our Lady, she wanted to walk the last part of the way on foot.
She gathered a branch of flowers and, praying the rosary, directed her trembling steps towards the blessed place.
There, with all tenderness and love, she laid down the branch of flowers - a symbol of her life, all of it a flower at the feet of Mary; there she lingered in quiet and fervent prayer.
With what longing and sadness she parted …Mais

God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we say, ‘We have fellowship with Him, while we continue to walk in darkness, we lie and do not act in truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, then we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of His Son JESUS cleanses us from all sin…
♰1 John 1:5-7
The THREE days of DARKNESS have been prophesied by many Saints, including Padre Pio; Marie-Julie Jahenny is among the many Saints who walked this earth and warned us of this coming punishment.
Marie Julie announced the three days of darkness during which the powers of hell will be unleashed and all enemies of God will die.
“The crisis will explode suddenly, the punishments will be shared by all and will happen one after another without interruption…” (January 4, 1884).
“The three days of darkness ‘will be THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.’
The days of the Blessed Sacrament, the Cross and Our Lady. Three days less one night.”
“The earth will be covered with darkness,” says Our Lady on September 20, 1882, “AND HELL WILL BE UNLEASHED ON EARTH. Thunder and lightning will cause those who have neither faith nor trust in My Power to die of fear.”
“During these three days of terrifying darkness, no window should be opened, because no one will be able to see the earth and the terrible color …Mais
President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa of Portugal extended a heartfelt invitation to Pope Leo, hoping he would visit in 2027 to mark the 110th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. Although the Pope has yet to respond to the invitation, Rebelo de Sousa remains optimistic. During their meeting at the Apostolic Palace, the President also discussed the devastating impact of Storm Kristin, which struck central Portugal on January 28, and expressed deep gratitude for the Pope's comforting letter and blessings for the affected communities. In a gesture of solidarity, the Pope sent a telegram to the Portuguese Episcopal Conference, sharing his sorrow for the lives lost and uniting in spirit with grieving families. As tokens of appreciation, Rebelo de Sousa presented the Pope with a 17th-century Portuguese miniature of Saint Augustine, elegantly framed in 18th-century gilded wood by Branca Franco, along with the book Ten Years for Portugal, a photographic chronicle of his presidency.
