Leo XIV Visits Monte Cassino: Today, Pope Leo XIV made a private pilgrimage to the Benedictine Abbey of Monte Cassino, where he prayed at the tomb of St. Benedict, Patron Saint of Europe. Entrusting to the saint his plea for peace in regions torn by war and violence, the Pope joined the Benedictine community in prayer before sharing lunch with the monks.
@SonoftheChurch Do not impune the Great Saint by suggesting that He would consider any monk "faithful and holy" who formally rebels against the authority of the Vicar of Christ. Nor any other Benedictine who speaks openly and publicly against the Holy Father (or any Priest or Bishop). Not a chance.
Leo XIV is about to ACQUIT Father Rupnik: MessaInLatino.it reports that the Vatican's canonical trial of Fr. Marko Ivan Rupnik - who was accused by around three dozen (!) female victims of sexual and psychological abuse - has concluded with a favourable outcome for him. If confirmed, this would be further evidence of the deeply flawed Vatican justice system and against the role of Cardinal Tucho Fernández, who managed the trial and its personnel. The case has also long fuelled online speculation that Rupnik possessed compromising information about senior Vatican figures.
"Apprendiamo da voci insistenti e molto autorevoli che il processo penale, in corso in Vaticano, a carico di don Marko Ivan Rupnik si sarebbe concluso con un esito a lui favorevole."
Cardinal Gambetti Expected to Leave St. Peter's Basilica: According to AdVaticanum, Cardinal Mauro Gambetti is expected to step down as Archpriest of St. Peter's Basilica by the end of the summer and become Archbishop of Chieti, a move seen as a demotion. The report attributes the change to Gambetti's fatigue after several demanding years, as well as controversies over security incidents at the basilica, administrative reforms, and other disputes. It also says his close association with Father Enzo Fortunato, who faced criticism over the World Children's Day initiative, weakened his position.
Three reasons: -Multiple personal leadership failures -Open war with the Chapter of Canons over power, money… and plastic chairs - The fallout from his initial trust with Fr Enzo Fortunato, whose handling of World Children’s Day left questions about wasted money, who is expected to leave anyways

Religious Sisters Calls Listening to Fetal Heartbeat "Torture": Chilean Dominican sister Licarayén Torres has called a proposed law requiring women to listen to a fetal heartbeat before an abortion “torture.” Speaking in a social media video on July 15, she criticized the Chilean “Listen to His Heart” bill, saying: “Is it Christian, is it evangelical to make women go through this obligation that some lawmakers want to impose?”
A 150-year-old deconsecrated Catholic church in Sydney's CBD briefly reopened as an LGBTQIA+ nightclub and performance space called Divine Playhouse. Just days after its opening, the venue was forced to cancel all events and face eviction following massive public protests and landlord intervention over perceived religious mockery. The Building's Heritage Original Purpose: Built in 1868, the Victorian Gothic structure located on 408 Kent Street was originally established as St John's Catholic Church. Prior Use: It was deconsecrated in 1932, served as the long-time home of the famed Genesian Theatre, and even fostered the early career of director Baz Luhrmann. The Nightclub & Backlash The Concept: Nightlife organizer Kat Dopper reimagined the space as an inclusive, boundary-pushing creative arts space hosting cabarets, gospel choir-backed karaoke, and experimental art events. The Controversy: Christians and Catholic groups—such as The Prodigal Sons—were outraged by promotional materials …Më shumë

"Lastly _ to adorn and perfect your soul in the habit of all the virtues, exercise yourself in the inward sets directly opposed to all your disorderly passions."
[Father Dom Lorenzo Scupoli – XVI-XVII Century AD; born: Otranto, Kingdom of Naples/died: Naples, Kingdom of Naples; (aged 79-80); Priest; Spiritual Writer] XIII ~ Of the way to resist the impulses of sense, and of the acts to be performed by the will in order to acquire Habits of Virtue Whenever your reasonable will is attacked by the will of sense on the one hand, and the Divine will on the other, each seeking to obtain the mastery over it, you must make use of various exercises, in order that the Divine will may always govern you. + First _ Whenever you are assailed and buffeted by the impulses of sense, oppose a valiant resistance to them, so that the superior will may not consent. + Secondly _ When the assaults have ceased, excite them anew, in order to repress them with greater force and vigor. Then challenge them again to a third conflict, wherein you may accustom yourself to repulse them with contempt and abhorrence. These two challenges to battle should be made to every disorderly …Më shumë
Watch Video >>youtube.com/watch?v=witaedleMlw Ibrahim is only eight years old, yet he has faced what most can barely imagine. On December 13, 2025, a near-death experience (NDE) changed his life forever. In that moment, he glimpsed the truth beyond what he had been taught, seeing Jesus—not just as a prophet, but as a light that both terrified and saved him. This near-death experience opened his eyes to courage, faith, and the power of love in ways no child should have to learn so soon. His 2026 message carries hope, warning, and a call to see beyond fear. Watch until the end to feel the strength and revelation that transformed an ordinary boy into someone delivering a message for the world.
Mark Lambert: Priest mocked the Tridentine Mass, bishop applauded. In this clip, Professor William A Thomas tells us about the time when he attended a presentation during discussions surrounding synodality in which the Traditional Latin Mass was criticised as "theatrical" and its faithful described as mere "spectators."
A miracle in a photograph !! Take a good look at this miraculous photo, it was taken in 1932, during one of the first Masses of a young German priest. Here is the testimony of the old Priest Franz Keiser, German. “This image is not a painting but a real photo. It is a grace that was given to a German priest, on the third day after his priestly ordination, on August 29, 1932. Neither the priest who celebrated, nor the brother who served the Mass, nor his brother who took the photo saw what this shows in the most wonderful way. I know the priest who was given this grace and also the most precise circumstances and responded for its accuracy, as well as for the authenticity of the event.” This image shows in plain sight what happens at each Mass, the renewal of the Sacrifice of the Cross. For it is attested of him, “You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 7:17
What does that mean? Ukraine still has a chance? A chance at what? Killing off the last Ukrainian? Sanctions failed. Coups failed. Attempted assassinations failed. Their propaganda has failed. Their proxy war failed. Yes, they are helping to hit infrastructure. Yes, they are killing many children and civilians. But they still can't destroy Russia. Nor turn the people of Russia against Putin. It only makes them see the truth more and love and protect their President more. The more they destroy, the faster Russia rebuilds. And only gets stronger. They might be stupid and try themselves to go after Russia outright. When or if they do, they will fail at that as well. Then comes the nukes from these crazy people. And still they will fail at that as well. Russia has important work for Heaven. And no one on earth can prevent that. Propaganda must be destroyed!
