Vance Criticizes Vatican Over Immigration in New Memoir

U.S. Vice President JD Vance has launched a scathing critique of the Vatican’s diplomatic leadership, accusing high-ranking officials of offering “trite platitudes” instead of moral clarity.
In his newly released memoir,
Communion: Finding My Way Back to Faith, Vance details a tense encounter with the Vatican’s Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin. The confrontation, which took place in April 2025, centered on the Trump administration’s hardline immigration policies. Vance, a high-profile Catholic convert, writes that he was “unsettled” by the Church’s refusal to endorse a nation’s right to secure its borders, describing the experience as a turning point in his relationship with the institutional Church.
The dispute highlights a fundamental ideological rift between the current U.S. administration and the Holy See under Pope Francis. While the Vatican has consistently championed the rights of migrants and the moral obligation of wealthy nations to provide sanctuary, Vance …

Leo XIV Against Remigration of Migrants: Asked about “remigration” of immigrants, Pope Leo XIV replied on Tuesday in Castel Gandolfo: “Simply saying, ‘We send them away, and then the problem is off our hands,’ does not seem to me to be the most Christian response.” He said migrants should be respected as persons, their reasons for leaving considered, and their cases examined individually.

Sulla questione remigrazione, esorta a trattare “con rispetto ogni persona”: “Dire mandiamo via, così ci laviamo le mani, non mi sembra una risposta cristiana”.

Peace Deal Made… But the Hunger Crisis Just Evolved
Peace Deal Signed — But the Hunger Crisis Just Evolved | Updated Hormuz Model A framework deal has been reached between the United States and Iran to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. But does this mean the global food crisis is over? In this video, we update the “From Hormuz to Hunger” model with the latest developments — including the peace deal, confirmed El Niño, severe Western drought, New World Screwworm confirmed in Texas, and declining U.S. meat processing capacity.
We break down what has changed, what remains locked in, and how close (or far) we are from the original high-end estimates. The original 225 million figure was never a prediction — it was a boundary condition showing how thin the margins are when multiple systems fail at once. Even with a deal in place, that structure hasn’t disappeared. We’re tracking this story with documents, not opinions.

Now once again the SSPX is going to be excommunicated and they are not being told about the LG 16 invisible secret, which makes the Council traditional and the pope, cardinals and bishops at the Vatican in schism

17.06.2026
Now once again the SSPX is going to be excommunicated and they are not being told about the LG 16 invisible secret, which makes the Council traditional and so the pope, cardinals and bishops at the Vatican are schismatic with the LG 16 visible false premise
With Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally Pope Leo is not in communion with Jesus and His Church.
The irrational premise produces schism, division and liberalism in the Cathoilic Church. It is not part of the Deposit of the Faith. It is political.
Pope Leo will be magisterial and apostolic on Vatican Council II only when he interprets the Council rationally and so ethically.
Pope Leo now has a choice. He can choose Vatican Council II rational instead of irraitonal, the Nicene Creed rational and traditional instead of schismatic and heretical, the Catechisms rational and traditional instead of a rupture with the Magisterium of the past.

The Role of Lithium Homeostasis in Alzheimer’s

June 16, 2026Download PDF
Story at-a-glance
Lithium levels in the brain drop in people with mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s, fueling memory loss, brain inflammation, and the buildup of toxic proteins
Low-dose lithium has been shown to preserve memory, improve attention, and stabilize mood without the kidney and thyroid risks tied to prescription-strength doses
A clinical trial found that lithium slowed progression from early memory problems to Alzheimer’s, lowering key disease markers and improving daily functioning
Whole foods, mineral-rich water, magnesium, and zinc all support healthy lithium balance and give your brain the nutrients it needs to resist decline
Removing vegetable oils, lowering excess iron, and boosting antioxidants like glutathione work alongside lithium to protect brain cells and preserve long-term memory
Alzheimer’s disease strips away memory, independence, and identity, leaving families to watch their loved ones fade before their eyes. It’s one of the …

Protestant Prayer and the Catholic Mass as “Different Pathways to God”: “Catholic” U.S. Vice President JD Vance appeared to relativize the Catholic Church and the Eucharist during a June 16 interview on Fox & Friends. Speaking about what he called the strength of “the American church,” Vance emphasized the diversity of [contradicting] Christian denominations: “You can't be an American Catholic or an American Pentecostal or an American Southern Baptist without running into someone who has a slightly different perspective on faith.” He added: “It's all about Jesus.” Vance sees "different ways" by which people find God: “Different ways, sometimes with 'snake handlers' [evangelicals in Kentucky], sometimes with speaking in tongues, sometimes with a beautiful Catholic mass, but I think all these pathways really matter and they're part of the reason why we do find our path to God.”

JD Vance: "One of the things I love about the American church is there are all of these different pathways to God ... sometimes with snake handlers, sometimes with speaking in tongues, sometimes with a beautiful Catholic mass. But I think all of these pathways really matter."

Who could forget John Vennari. I listened to every talk and conference he had. Any time he was a guest on another show. And of course watched all or most of his show on The Fatima Center. When The Fatima Center was worth it. Without John and Father Gruner, the show died with them. In the first post the owner of the this Catholic site wrote:
On Tuesday, April 4, the day of the week dedicated to the Holy Face and in the month dedicated to the Holy Face, John Vennari died. There is no way that this date was incidental as there is no coincidence with God and Our Lady. Mr. Vennari had a great devotion to the Holy Face and made a point to publish articles regularly on the practice of the devotion to Our Lord's Holy Face and the efficacy of such a devotion.
I was taught and heard that anyone who is born or dies on a great Feast Day is a good sign for that person. Anyone else ever hear of it? I am highlighting what she wrote for a reason.

I only met this extraordinary man once, long ago at a Catholic conference in New Jersey. I had become a wanderer of sorts, lost in the deluge of the new orientation spawned by Vatican II enthusiasts and did not know where to turn. A Traditionalist met me at a pro-life meeting and befriended me as did his friends. His first act of kindness after that was to take me to that conference. It re-introduced the Catholic Faith to me and I was never the same again.
I remembered John Vennari, then Brother …

John Vennari was highly intelligent, witty, personable, deeply religious and a great husband and father.

Everyone please take note! @Instaurare Omnia in Christo just Commented on this post, "The Fatima Center today is dead,..." I firmly disagree and personally believe the Fatima Center continues the legacy of their holy founders! Notice how the smear campaign against the Fatima Center is starting here on Gloria.tv?

Bishop Appointed by Leo XIV Backs ‘Female Pope’ Campaign The Diocese of St. Gallen, Switzerland, launched its "I’m In" ("Ich bin dabei") campaign on May 4 across 25 towns and villages. The billboard, web and social media campaign features clergy, church employees and volunteers posing provocative questions. One poster shows a pastoral worker asking: “Shall we pave the way for the election of the first female Pope?” — followed by the campaign’s signature response: "I’m in." Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Beat Grögli as Bishop of St. Gallen in May 2025, despite his publicly known support for the ordination of women

What’s in a Religious Name? Four Catholic religious sisters share how they received their names — and what the process reveals about identity and mission.

What’s in a Religious Name?

Four Catholic religious sisters share how they received their names — and what the process reveals about identity and mission.
When women begin formation in religious life, they are asked a question that sounds simple but carries more weight than it first appears: “What name do you feel the Lord may be calling you to receive?”
In religious life, a name is not just a label or a line on paperwork. It is bestowed at a moment that marks a shift in how a woman is received into a way of life, and how she begins to understand herself within it.
In the months that follow entry into a religious order, names begin to emerge for the women in discernment: saints who have accompanied someone quietly over the years, Marian titles learned early and never quite forgotten, words that seem meaningful before they are fully explained. Some sisters arrive with something already in mind, while others hesitate to write anything down at all.
But in practice, the process is less about reinvention than recognition …

Conquer Weariness, Keep Praying – Why Your Rosary Outlasts Every Storm
48th ROSE - Perseverance
As a fifth point, I must add perseverance and prayer. Only he who perseveres in asking, seeking, and knocking, will receive, will find and will enter. It is not enough to ask God for certain graces for a month, a year, ten or twenty years; we must never tire of asking. We must keep on asking until the very moment of death, and even in this prayer, which shows our confidence in God, we must join the thought of death to that of perseverance and say, "Although he should kill me, I will trust in him," will trust him to give me what I ask.

‘Sanctus Infans’ Holy Rosary Devotion - Pax Orbis

The Rosary as a Spiritual Weapon
Just as Our Lady of Lepanto delivered Christendom from physical destruction, the
Holy Rosary remains one of our most powerful spiritual weapons against the culture of death, especially the evil of abortion.
by Lyn Wade
Each time we pray the angelic salutation of the Hail Mary, we not only honour the Mother of God, but also adore the blessed fruit of her womb: Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of God, who sanctified the unborn by taking flesh in the womb of the Virgin Mary.
Our Response to a Spiritual Battle
To confront the evil of abortion, which is deeply entrenched in our society, Catholics cannot rely on secular or political strategies alone. While pro-life rallies and sidewalk counselling have their place, this is ultimately a spiritual battle.
For this reason, we must turn with confidence to the enduring power of this Marian devotion: the Holy Rosary. The true battlefront is spiritual, and it is fought on our knees through prayer, sacrifice and …
