Sorry, you're not making sense. In a court of law this video would be used to prove he committed the crime of assaulting the nun without provocation. Why hide his identity? You're being arbitrary. That's the rules of evidence. It must have something to do with the fact you are not from the United States. In the U.S. his identity would not be hidden. The video is clear evidence of his crime.
Ok respect your position. Solution is that crime was not perpetued in country based on catholic fondaments.
