Today, Pope Leo XIV appointed Bishop Crispin Barrete Varquez, 65, as the new bishop of Tagbilaran in the Philippines. He has been bishop of Borongan since 2007, for nearly two decades. His appointment to Tagbilaran marks a return to his home diocese. He spent much of his priestly ministry there before becoming a bishop. Varquez Replaces a Bishop-Elect Who Withdrew Tagbilaran diocese has been without a bishop since September 2025, when Archbishop Alberto Uy was promoted to Cebu. In March 2026, Leo XIV named Rev. Gerardo Saco as his successor. He withdrew just three weeks before his episcopal consecration in May, citing his “human limitations and inadequacies.” Monsignor Varquez was supposed to be one of Saco's two co-consecrators. “Inclusive Lay Ministries” In October 2025, Bishop Varquez mandated all parishes in his diocese to include persons with disabilities and people of “different sexual orientations” in inclusive lay ministries. Monsignor Varquez said their "gifts" should be “…More
Saint Gorgonius & Companions | Christians Inside Emperor Diocletian’s Palace | September 9 Today, September 9, we remember Saint Gorgonius of Nicomedia and his companions, including Saint Dorotheus and Saint Peter, martyrs associated with the imperial household of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Their story takes us inside the palace of the emperor who would unleash one of the Roman Empire's fiercest persecutions of Christianity. They served an earthly emperor. But when forced to choose, their ultimate loyalty belonged to another King: Jesus Christ. CHRISTIANS INSIDE DIOCLETIAN'S PALACE Gorgonius and Dorotheus are remembered in ancient Christian tradition as important members of Diocletian's household at Nicomedia, in present-day Türkiye. Another Christian remembered among the martyrs of the imperial household was Peter, traditionally described as a chamberlain or servant — sometimes called Peter the Butler. Then, in 303, the Great Persecution began. Christians were pressured to …More
"So that the soul that has denied and thrust away from itself the pleasures which come from all these things, and has mortified its desire with respect to them, may be said to be, as it were, in the darkness of night, which is naught else than an emptiness within itself of all things."
[Saint John of the Cross – XVI Century AD; born: Fontiveros, Crown of Castile, Spanish Monarchy/died: Ubeda, Crown of Castile, Spanish Monarchy; (Aged 49); Priest, Mystic, Writer, Doctor of the Church] “BOOK THE FIRST: Wherein is described the nature of dark night and how necessary it is to pass through it to Divine union; and in particular this book describes the dark night of sense, and desire, and the evils which these work in the soul. Chapter III ~ Speaks of the first cause of this night, which is that of the privation of the desire in all things, and gives the reason for which it is called night. WE here describe as night the privation of every kind of pleasure which belongs to the desire; for, even as night is naught but the privation of light, and, consequently, of all objects that can be seen by means of light, whereby the visual faculty remains unoccupied and in darkness, even so likewise the mortification of desire may be called night to the soul. For, when the soul is deprived …More
Leo XIV-appointed Archbishop Richard Moth of Westminster, England, approaches 'Traditionis Custodes' from what he describes as a pastoral perspective, “Where there is pastoral need, then I would make the argument for it,” he told NcRegister.com on September 10. In his previous Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, he said he “responded to that pastoral need.” Archbishop Moth believes that we need a greater sense of the transcendent in the liturgy, but believes this is “perfectly possible” using the Novus Ordo. Asked about an expected meeting with Catholic Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who is supports abortion and homosexual "marriage", Archbishop Moth replied evasively: “A conversation I would have with somebody about their conscience is between me and that individual,” he said. “If particular issues are raised, I would speak about them and address them, yes.” Moth also calls it “very positive” that Burnham has raised the need to improve palliative care in the context of the assisted-suicide …More
Ma plein @maximumpain333 Dr. Hulda Clark was a pioneer in parasite cleansing. Long before internet trends, she wrote books like The Cure For All Cancers (1993) and The Cure For All Diseases (1995). In this 2000 interview, she explained something that challenged the way many people think about illness. She believed parasites were far more common than most people realized. And that addressing them was a foundational step in supporting the body’s own healing. Now, with the cyclospora outbreak, her work is more relevant than ever. She pointed to 3 specific herbs used together: Wormwood — traditionally used to help create an inhospitable environment for parasites Cloves (fresh ground) — historically used to address parasite eggs Green Black Walnut Hull — long used in herbal systems to support intestinal balance But she took it even further than parasites. She believed these same herbs, combined with an electrical treatment, were powerfully healing for the c-word.
September 10th - Saint of the Day: Saint Pulcheria, Empress & Virgin She ruled an empire at 15. She took a vow no one expected. And she saved a truth the whole Church still confesses today. Saint Pulcheria was the granddaughter of Theodosius the Great, regent of the Eastern Roman Empire as a teenager, and a consecrated virgin who turned the imperial palace into a house of prayer. When a powerful patriarch attacked Mary's title "Mother of God," Pulcheria fought back and won at the Council of Ephesus. When heresy took over her brother's court, she was exiled from power, until the throne returned to her and she made the Council of Chalcedon possible, the council that defined who Jesus Christ truly is. The bishops acclaimed her "the new Helena." She died after giving every last thing she owned to the poor. Discover her full story, her hidden battles, and what her life says to yours at HolyManna.blog, where you'll also find daily saints, Mass reading reflections, and more. …More
"But those who at this time are going on to perfection proceed very differently and with quite another temper of spirit; for they progress by means of humility and are greatly edified, not only thinking naught of their own affairs, but having very little satisfaction with themselves; they consider all others as far better, and usually have a holy envy of them, and an eagerness to serve God as they do."
[Saint John of the Cross – XVI Century AD; born: Fontiveros, Crown of Castile, Spanish Monarchy/died: Ubeda, Crown of Castile, Spanish Monarchy; (Aged 49); Priest, Mystic, Writer, Doctor of the Church] “BOOK THE FIRST ~ Which treats of the Night of Sense STANZA THE FIRST: On a dark night, Kindled in love with yearnings —oh, happy chance!— I went forth without being observed, My house being now at rest. CHAPTER II ~ Of certain spiritual imperfections which beginners have with respect to the habit of pride. 5. Some of these beginners, too, make little of their faults, and at other times become over-sad when they see themselves fall into them, thinking themselves to have been saints already; and thus they become angry and impatient with themselves, which is another imperfection. Often they beseech God, with great yearnings, that He will take from them their imperfections and faults, but they do this that they may find themselves at peace, and may not be troubled by them, rather than for …More

Keep in mind that this technology is becoming increasingly sophisticated! Project Blue Beam is a theory proposed by Canadian researcher Serge Monast, claiming that NASA, the United Nations (UN), and a group of global elites are planning to establish a New World Order through a holographic simulation of a fake alien invasion or the return of religious figures.

Can you hear Him? Can you hear His sweet Words echoing through the wind, traveling through time, reaching everywhere, staying true to His promise on how things should pass away, but His Words would never. More than 2,000 years ago Jesus spoke about Almighty Father wanting Mercy and Justice in order to for us to have a rich spiritual life... Many Powerful yet Sweet Words: "blessed the merciful as they shall receive Mercy, blessed those who hunger and thrist for righteousness, they will be filled", among all the other beatitudes key themes needed to go strive for perfection, you know, like humility, meekness, pureness of heart, compassion, accepting persecution in His Name and embracing joy for all of these happening in your life once accepting Jesus as Lord, although the two key ones for salvation, Mercy and Justice are the most twisted by our Lord’s enemies today. Our Lord’s left Arm is Mercy and His right Arm is Justice, as He is Divine Love like apostle John says, I repeat, God is Love …More
Toxic indeed. Although, I suspect some of these are, no doubt, 'protected' by some form of governmental legislation and/or contractual arbitration depending upon the 'circumstances'. Unions have largely betrayed their original worthy and essential purposes.
A Maine mother has been ordered by a court to stop reading the Bible to her daughter in her own home. Emily Bickford, a Christian mother, has been embroiled in a long-running custody dispute over the religious upbringing of her daughter, Ava. After becoming a Christian several years after Ava's birth, Bickford began taking her to church and teaching her the faith. The dispute intensified after Ava expressed interest in being baptized. A December 2024 court order restricted Bickford's ability to bring Ava to her church and gave the child's father significant authority over decisions concerning religious upbringing and medical care. Most notably, the order prohibits Bickford from reading the Bible to her daughter in her own home, a direct infringement on her religious freedom. Despite the restrictions, Ava continues to independently read the Bible and maintain her faith. Bickford plans to petition the U.S. Supreme Court with the help of Liberty Counsel. She continues to pray for Ava's …More
